This workbook may provide you the clarity you need to identify where the opportunities, problems and roadblocks in your life are. With this information in hand, you can set goals and start working towards them.
The workbook guides you through the process of asking yourself;
1. Where am I at currently? What is going well and what is not going so well?
2. What resources do I have at my disposal? This includes both internal resources (skills and psychological resources) and external resources that you can access.
3. Where do I want to go and how am I going to get there?
The workbook is a downloadable PDF that can be used electronically using Adobe Reader, or printed out and written on.
