This workshop creates a personalized action plan for recognition in your workplace and in so doing, answers these questions:
Do you get a lot of joy and fulfilment out of helping people and their animals to have a happier and healthier life – but forget or neglect to do the same for yourself? We all know what to do to stay healthy, right? The question is, do you prioritise that self-care or do you put yourself last?
